Our Roof Gutter Services ensure the gutter system functions correctly by channeling rainwater from the roof and removing water from the building enclosure. Our Roof Gutter Services provide the design, installation, repair, inspection, and cleaning. Our completed Roof Gutter Services will ensure:

- Stable gutter attachment

Castillo's Soffit & Facia Services
Soffit & Facia Services ensure the facia back board is not rotten wood and fancia trim is intactand protecting the rood vertical edge. We check to ensure the soffit is inplace. free from mold and can ventilate the attac via the thiny holes and is properly installed. Our complete Soffit & Facia Service may be part of our Roof Rutter Servises if the facia is damaged and/or will prevent the stable attachement of the gutters or is not water proof or water is pentrating the roofline edge.
Our completed Soffit & Facia Services will ensure:
- Strength and Rigidity of the the roofline and roof edge
- Stable foundation for gutter attachment
- Aluminum Soffit & Facia trim are durable
- Air flow through the Soffit to the attic vents and allows water vapor to be removed from the attic
- Water flows off the dripedge to either the gutter or the ground

Castillo's Ground Drainage Services
Our Ground Drainage Service is pipe the gutter rainwater away from the building or building French Drainages to remove ground water from flooded area or landscape area that pool water due to rain or irragation sprinkler. The purpose of our Ground Drainage Services to transport away from the source of pooling or flooding.
Our completed Ground Drainage Services will ensure:
- Rainwater from the gutter downspouts are remove away from the building via underground pipes
- Water is transported away from low areas around the building or landscape areas that flood
- No standing ground water will be present to breeding mosquitoes
- French Drains function to remove water
- Reduce the water vapor or humidity in the air due to wet lands
Screen Enclosure Services
Our completed Screen Enclosure Services will ensure:
- Gutter are functional when the screen enclosure is attached at the roof-line
- The Screen Enclosure structure is rigid and stable
- Screen Enclosure prevent mosquitoes, insect and pest in the outside living area
- Screen Enclosure frame are made with aluminum that is durable
