Our Roof Gutter Services ensure the gutter system functions correctly by channeling rainwater from the roof and removing water from the building enclosure. Our Roof Gutter Services provide the design, installation, repair, inspection, and cleaning. Our completed Roof Gutter Services will ensure:

Castillo's Soffit & Facia Services
Soffit & Fascia Services ensure the fascia back board is not rotten wood and fascia trim is intact and protecting the roof vertical edge. We check to ensure the soffit is in place properly, free from mold and can ventilate to the attic via the tiny soffit holes. Our complete Soffit & Fascia Service may be part of our Seamless Aluminum Gutter Services if the fascia is damaged and/or is not a stable attachment of the gutters or is not water proof or water has already penetrated the roof-line edge.
Our completed Soffit & Fascia Services will ensure the:

- Stable foundation for gutter attachment
- Aluminum Soffit & Fascia trim is durable and will protect the wood beneath

Castillo's Underground Drainage Services
Our Underground Drainage Service usually pipes the gutter rainwater away from the building or through a French Drain with the purpose to remove ground water from flooded area or landscape area that pool water due to rain or irrigation sprinkler. The objective of our Underground Drainage Services to transport away from the source of pooling or flooding, as well as away from the building.
Our completed Underground Drainage Services will ensure:
- Rainwater from the gutter downspouts are remove away from the building via underground pipes
- Water is transported away from low areas around the building or landscape areas that flood
- No standing ground water will be present to breeding mosquitoes
- French Drains function to remove water from the surrounding landscape
- Reduce the water vapor or humidity in the air due to wet lands or standing water
Screen Enclosure Services
Our Screen Enclosure Services provides the revitalization, screen repair and re-screening. Our screen enclosure service is for front entrances, porches, patios, lanais and pools enclosures and includes power washing that will not harm the aluminum painted surface, re-screening and screw replacement. The Screen Enclosure protects the outside living space from insect and pests and prevents debris from collecting inside.
Our completed Screen Enclosure Services will ensure:
- Gutter are functional when the screen enclosure is attached at the roof-line
- The Screen Enclosure doors handles are working properly with bug-sweeps
- Screen Enclosure contains no holes or tears that allow mosquitoes, insect and pest to enter the outside living area
- Screen Enclosure is free from rusted screws and doors fit the frame and properly open & close
