What is our 2-year Workmanship Warranty?

Our 2-year Workmanship Warranty covers both labor and hardware for product functionality at the time of installation, as well as any installation mistakes, defects, or manufacturer’s quality issues that occur during the installation process. For example, if the screening from the manufacturer is discolored or has defects, the screens are replaced to match the proper screening installed. This warranty ensures excellent craftsmanship of all our services.

This warranty excludes any damage caused by Florida storms, winds, hurricanes, tornadoes, ultraviolet light, pool chemicals, fumes, mold, oxidation, or any acts of god or vandalism.

All warranty work is performed with the best effort to satisfy the customer’s expectations and to explore all practical avenues available to rectify the problem.

What arrangement & form of payment are accepted?

Our payment typically requires half of the amount to be paid upfront before we begin the project, with the remaining amount due upon completion of the job. The owner, Jackson Castillo, may also offer flexible payment arrangements tailored to the job’s size and based on other specific considerations.

We accept cash, checks, debit cards and the major credit cards. For customers who pay in cash or by check, a two percent discount is available.

How can our Gutter Install Service will fit your budget?

After the Free Quote is delivered, the customer will have the option to implement the entire project or work with Jackson Castillo to modify the project scope and reduce the budget. At Castillo’s Gutters & Aluminum LLC, we offer the best designs that strike a balance between function and aesthetics, utilizing high-quality materials that will last.

Our well-thought-out solutions are reasonably priced and often lower than those of our competitors for the same quality.

How long does gutter installation take?

The time required to complete the installation of our seamless aluminum gutters once we arrive at the worksite will depend on the job’s complexity. We won’t start the job unless all the bill of materials are available for pickup on the day of the job. Generally, based on the size of the building and the number of stories, the estimated range is from a few hours to a couple of days. The majority of our rain gutter installations are typically completed within a day.

What services do gutter installation contractors offer?

Most gutter contractors hang gutters and perform other associated services. At Castillo’s Gutters and Aluminum LLC, we offer a full range of services, including installation, replacement, installation of leaf guards, and maintenance of aluminum rain gutters.

In addition, we provide repair and reconstruction services for the soffits and fascias to ensure a stable and rigid structure, maintaining the building enclosure and providing a firm foundation for mounting our aluminum gutters.

Additionally, we provide underground drainage services to remove gutter rainwater and channel water away from surface pooling and landscape flooding, utilizing French Drains that are designed and implemented by us.

Finally, we offer screen enclosures revitalization and screening for front entrances, patios, lanais, and pool cages.
