Our Gutter Services starts with a free estimate and quick overview design with the dimensions of each gutter run and position of downspouts. We install the new gutter system according to our quality standards. Do a full cleanup of the worksite. Aesthetically Designed Gutters
Our first step is to talk with the customer to determine their requirements, the gutter style, gutter color, placement of downspouts and where the customers wants the rain gutters. Some customers only want the gutters in the front of the house or at selective areas of the roof line. Our recommendation is to install seamless aluminum gutter around the entire building to remove the rain water way from the building and ensure the same aesthetic look.
We design your gutter system on paper with details about style, color,gutter runs, downspouts and gutter pitch. We also provide recommendations and a few options for the best aesthetics. But, allow our customers to make the final decision.
Our beautiful gutter system design is balanced and symmetrical. Our design will be implemented using our exceptional craftsmanship and experience. We pay attention to detail. To paraphrasing the founder, Jackson Castillo, “If your going to do the gutter service to put the Castillo name on it, do it as prefect as humanly possible or don’t do it at all.
If you ever take a walk in a neighborhood, you will usually see homes that look incomplete because some gutters are missing on some roof eaves on the left or right. You will never see this on our gutter system design, unless the customer overrides our recommendations. We take the curb-appeal of your home seriously and carry out details to make it as perfect as possible.
Custom-Made Gutters
Our gutters are custom made for your building using one of two machines on our trailer. The gutter machine creates K-style gutters either 6 inches or 7 inches wide from a roll of aluminum that’s available a variety of different colors. All corners and end-caps are custom made for your building and the downspouts are place at best spots remove the rain water, but also placed to balance the gutter run with the correct symmetry. Here again aesthetics matter to us.
Each gutter run is seamless with no breaks and no leaks and can up to 75 feet. The Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractor’s National Association (SMACNA) recommends against runs longer than 50 feet. Also the pitch of the gutter is important. The pitch of the gutter allow gravity to effect the proper rain water flow as specified by the county building codes. At Castillo’s Gutters & Aluminum we comply with all state and county building codes.
For example in Hillsborough County, the gutter pitch code dictates the mounting position gutters, placement of downspouts, and how rainwater flow follows the continuously slope towards sink outlets, with a minimum slope of 1/8 inch per foot (10.4 mm/m) along their entire length. This ensures proper drainage and prevents water from pooling and standing water which is a mosquito hazard. As always, Castillo’s Gutters & Aluminum exceeds all state or local building codes for a better gutter system that’s durable and will work reliably.
Our Gutter Service is Fast
Generally it takes less than a day to implement a full replacement of existing gutters or do complex repairs or a complete installation of new seamless aluminum gutters on buildings with no gutters. For smaller one story building less than 2,500 square feet will usually take a few hours. Our gutter service includes the install, removal of all trash & debris, any unused parts, all metal materials, yard clean up and carting away all the waste.
Durable Gutters with a Warranty
All our seamless aluminum gutter have a 2 year workmanship warranty. Generally our gutter installation with the proper maintenance care and cleaning to prevent leaf and debris clogs are very durable and can be expected to last 20 to 30 years with no problems. This assumes the building is not damaged by a hurricanes, tornadoes or extreme weather conditions.

SOur soffit & Fascia service inspects and repairs. We inspect the fascia to ensure it has a sturdy and stable foundational backing to support the roof and a sound structure to mount rain gutters. The soffit is the layer that connects the fascia to the building’s external wall. Soffit panels are located beneath the roof’s eaves and provide proper ventilation to the attic while protecting it against moisture and pest infiltration. The soffit panels should be present with the ventilation holes and free from damage or mold.
Before we hang the rain gutters, the soffit and fascia are thoroughly assessed to ensure the gutters can be mounted reliably and roof edge integrity is intact. We also provide service specifically for soffit and fascia without installing gutters.
